Happy Birthday Beautiful Autumn!

I can NOT believe that my little Autumn is already 10 years old!  We were able to celebrate her special day with the family opening gifts, and she also had a Polar Express birthday party.  She had a lot of fun!  I love this little girl.  I am SO glad that she is part of our family.  She is such a spunky, firey, amazing, kind, caring girl!  Happy Birthday Autumn!

Choir and Easter Island

Chloe had her holiday choir concert this week.  I love that we live in a place that will still do traditional Christmas songs.  Chloe's choir did a beautiful version of "Hallelujah".  It was a really nice concert.

Autumn had her GT project showcase too.  She did her project on Easter Island.  She had fun creating a game to play, and got to show it off.  What a fun thing!  I am so proud of all of my girls!

Watchdog and Date Night

For Autumn's birthday, (a couple of days off...) Dave was able to volunteer as Watchdog at her school, and I brought them lunch.  It was a fun day!

After school, Dave and I took Autumn for her birthday date.  Brooke would have been home by herself, since Ciera and Chloe both had Young Womens, so we took her too!  (We had to go a few days before Autumn's actual birthday because of other things going on each night!) We went to Grand China Buffet (Autumn's choice!), and then went to see Trolls.  It was good!  I can't believe that she is almost 10!  My "baby" is not a baby anymore! (sniff, sniff!)

O Christmas Tree!

For Family Home Evening, we decorated the Christmas Tree.  This is always one of my favorite nights of the year!  We turn on Christmas music, and decorate!  When the girls were little, I had a hard time letting them put things wherever they wanted, but now they make it look so good, I don't have to worry so much!  We have fun making "earrings" from the ornaments, and giving ourselves Rudolph noses.  What a wonderful time of year!

Personal Progress Blanket

For a project in personal progress, Chloe decided to make Rigdon Fraughton a blanket.  She picked out all the materials, and sewed it all with only a little help from me!  It turned out great!  She did a great job, and learned a great skill! I am very proud of her!

Happy Thanksgiving!

For Thanksgiving break, one day we went with friends to a trampoline place.  The girls got to jump for a couple of hours, and had a blast!  They loved to flip into the foam pit too... it made me a little nervous, I'm not gonna lie!  I love my girls!

We had Thanksgiving dinner with the Dennys and Fraughtons at the Denny's house.  I did not take any pictures, because I was too busy eating and having fun, of course!  Happy Thanksgiving to you all!!

UIL day!

Autumn competed in the UIL competition this year... she didn't end up placing, but tried her best !  We are so proud of her for trying and giving it her all!  Our girls are such smarty-pants!
